Keith's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University, which he obtained in 1992. He is an elected professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds the designation of Registered RICS Valuer. In December 2022, Keith completed and passed a rigorous 14-week RICS Accredited Course on 'Acting as an Expert Witness'.
